Pay Rate:
$19.00 /hour
Schedule:
Full-Time; Monday - Friday, 8:30 am - 4:30 pm (flexible scheduling available)

What You'll Do
  • Provide recovery‑oriented psychiatric rehabilitation services based on individualized service plans
  • Support consumers with daily living skills, medication education, budgeting, self‑care, and supportive counseling
  • Maintain a small caseload (4-5 consumers) while promoting independence and personal growth
  • Accompany consumers to medical appointments and complete daily van runs
  • Meet regularly with individuals in their homes, schools, and community settings
  • Build trusting relationships that encourage personal growth and success
  • Assist clients in overcoming barriers that may interfere with their ability to live productive and fulfilling lives
  • Administer medications in accordance with DPW standards
  • Respond appropriately to crises and support healthy relationships
  • Complete required documentation and maintain compliance with 2600 regulations
  • Collaborate with program staff while working independently as needed
  • Assist with light housekeeping, meals, and other hands‑on support as required

What You'll Bring
Education & Experience
  • High School Diploma or Associate's Degree with at least 1 year of experience in a human services‑related field
  • Equivalent combinations of education and experience may be considered
  • Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply

Required Clearances & Qualifications
  • PA Criminal Clearance
  • PA Child Abuse Clearance (if applicable)
  • FBI Fingerprint Clearance
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Not listed on any Medicaid/Medicare Exclusion lists
