*What You’ll Do*
* Induce, monitor, and recover anesthesia across a range of procedures
* Anticipate patient needs and make appropriate adjustments in real time
* Maintain a high standard of surgical support and sterile technique
* Perform diagnostics (bloodwork, radiographs, lab prep)
* Oversee patient recovery and ensure continuity of care
* Communicate clearly with both clients and team members
* Keep thorough, accurate medical records
*What We’re Looking For*
* *Licensed CVT (or equivalent)*
* *Confident in anesthesia and surgical settings* (monitoring, troubleshooting, decision-making)
* *1+ year clinical experience preferred*
* Someone who takes ownership of their role and follows through
* Strong attention to detail and ability to stay composed under pressure
* A teammate who contributes positively and communicates proactively
* Interest in continued growth and refining technical skills
