Position Summary
Riverside Dental Center is seeking a passionate, patient-focused Dental Hygienist to join our growing team. We are open to both *full-time and part-time candidates* and offer flexibility to help support a healthy work/life balance.

Key Responsibilities
* Provide comprehensive preventive and periodontal care
* Perform patient assessments and document clinical findings
* Educate patients on oral health and home care techniques
* Take diagnostic radiographs as needed
* Collaborate with doctors to develop and support treatment plans
* Build strong relationships with patients and promote long-term oral health
* Maintain accurate patient records and clinical documentation
* Follow infection control, OSHA, and HIPAA guidelines
Qualifications
* Current Illinois Dental Hygiene License
* Current CPR certification
* Local anesthetic certification
* Strong knowledge of dental hygiene procedures and patient care
* Excellent communication and patient education skills
* Positive, professional, and team-oriented attitude
* Commitment to delivering exceptional patient experiences
