*Three Creeks Luxury Spa, LLC – Kingsport, TN*
Massage Therapists *earn $62.50 per 60-minute *standard relaxation massage.
*Position Summary*
Three Creeks Luxury Spa is the only full-service luxury spa of its kind in the Kingsport area. Family-owned and operated, we are dedicated to providing an exceptional client experience in a warm, professional, and supportive environment.
We are seeking talented, professional Massage Therapists to join our growing team. We welcome applications from therapists at all experience levels, from recent graduates to seasoned professionals.
Part-time and full-time positions are available. This is usually the same scheule per week. To reiterate, this position is only for shifts on Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays to meet operational needs. Part-time positions are flexible, based on operational needs, and also benefit from spa assistants who handle much of the laundry, cleaning, and supply management. Massage Therapists may be requested to assist with these tasks during non-booked hours, but as demand grows, additional spa assistants will be hired to reduce non-service responsibilities and not impact income-generating treatments.
*Key Responsibilities*
· Provide a wide range of professional massage services tailored to client needs and goals.
· Communicate effectively with clients to determine desired outcomes and address any concerns.
· Maintain treatment rooms and uphold cleanliness, professionalism, and safety standards.
· Collaborate with front desk staff and spa assistants to ensure seamless client experiences.
· Participate in spa marketing efforts and support the growth of your personal book of business.
*Qualifications & Skills*
· Valid Tennessee Massage Therapy License (required).
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
· Commitment to providing exceptional client service.
· Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
· Professionalism, punctuality, and strong attention to detail.
High School Diploma required (GED not accepted)
The single-most important determining factor will be your overall attitude and how you get along with others. We are interested in building a tight-knit, family/team environment, and will not add anyone who is a personality threat to that balance, no matter their level of skill.
*Compensation & Benefits*
· 50% commission on all services, with the spa providing all materials.
· 100% of tips.
· Continuing education and professional development support.
· Complimentary and discounted spa services and products.
· Support from spa assistants: much of the laundry, cleaning, supply management, and administrative work are handled as needed. Massage Therapists may also be requested to assist with these tasks during non-booked hours. As client demand increases, additional spa assistants will be hired to further reduce non-service responsibilities and not impact income-generating hours.
*Part-Time Earnings Potential*
Part-time positions are available and offer flexible scheduling based on operational needs. Earnings for part-time massage therapists will vary with shift selection and bookings. Massage therapists averaging about 20 scheduled hours per week, with roughly 15 booked service hours, typically earn $40,000–$50,000 annually, plus 100% of tips.
