Associate Attorney

Yergey Daylor, a leading law firm located in Pottstown, Pennsylvania is seeking a professional, organized, and detail oriented individual with 3 to 5 years of experience in municipal law representing Townships, Boroughs, Authorities and Zoning Boards. The successful candidate will have strong academic record, excellent written and oral communication skills, interpersonal skills, be able to capably represent the firm to potential and existing clients, think independently, and effectively manage multiple clients. Litigation experience is a plus.

- Conduct legal research on various topics within the scope of personal injury law, family law, environmental law, securities law, and more

- Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, briefs, contracts, and agreements

- Assist in case preparation and management

- Represent clients in court proceedings when required

\*Requirements\*

- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school

- Admitted to practice law in the state of Pennsylvania.

- Excellent legal research and writing skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $85,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
