We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Registered Dental Hygienist to join our team on either a part-time or full-time basis. As a key member of our team, you will play an essential role in providing top-tier care to our patients, contributing to their overall oral health while working in a positive, team-oriented environment.
*Responsibilities:*
* Perform dental hygiene procedures including cleaning, scaling, and polishing teeth
* Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and preventive care
* Take and develop X-rays as needed
* Assist dentists in identifying and treating dental issues
* Maintain accurate patient records and charts
* Ensure a clean, sterile, and organized workspace
* Build rapport with patients, making their visits as comfortable as possible
*Requirements:*
* Current Dental Hygienist license in the state of Minnesota
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Passion for patient care and oral health education
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team
* Previous experience is preferred but not required
