Salary range: $6,937.00 - $9,911.92 per month plus production based incentive structure
The Business Banking Officer is an integral part of the Business Banking team and is key to the growth and promotion of STCUs business member products. The position is primarily responsible for establishing and developing new business loans, deposits and cash management products to new and existing members. This position focuses on C&I prospects with borrowing needs up to $500,000 and owner-occupied real estate up to $1 million.

Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Finance or related area required or equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
Job Experience: Minimum of five years experience working with business clients with a minimum of three years of successful sales experience in a production environment.
Software Skills: Previous experience with cloud banking software and/or construction loan management software such as nCino, Built and Malauzai is preferred. Proficient knowledge of MS Office programs including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams.
Physical Demands: Must be able to regularly talk, hear and operate a computer, keyboard and mouse and occasionally lift, pull/push and carry up to 10 pounds with accommodations.
Work Conditions: Exposure to constant or intermittent sounds at a low or moderate level consistent with an office setting. Exposure to high-stress, fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
Travel Demands: Travel as needed for site inspections and/or meetings/training.
