The therapist will be pivotal part of our team. The position will likely be converted to a full time one from part time.

*Job Responsibilities: *
· Carry out initial evaluation and set treatment plan of care,
· Provide treatment including manual therapies,
· Educate patient and their family,
· Instruct the physical therapist assistants (PTAs) and technicians to get assistance in patient treatment, handling and management,
· Prepare progress notes and keep electronic medical record (EMR) up to date
*Job Requirements: *
· Active Florida PT licensure
· 1-8 years of experience. We will consider a fresh graduate who is willing to learn.
· Out-patient clinic experience is preferred
· Experience of electronic medical record (EMR) system, preferably WebPT
· Friendly and patient-care oriented
Pay: $38.00 - $43.00 per hour
