As a Materials Management Analyst II here at Honeywell, you will play a critical role in managing and optimizing the materials supply chain to ensure timely availability and efficient use of resources. You will analyze inventory levels, forecast material requirements, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support production and operational goals.

In this role, you will impact the efficiency and effectiveness of Honeywell's materials management processes, contributing to cost savings and improved production flow within the ESS business unit.

Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • • Analyze inventory data to maintain optimal stock levels and reduce excess or obsolete materials.
  • • Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments to ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials.
  • • Develop and maintain reports on materials usage, forecasts, and supply chain performance metrics


Qualifications

YOU MUST HAVE
  • • Experience in materials management or supply chain analysis with a strong focus on inventory control and procurement processes.
  • • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools to evaluate materials usage and forecast demand accurately.
  • • Knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle to manage inventory and procurement workflows effectively.
  • • Strong understanding of supply chain principles and materials planning methodologies.

  • • Previous experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment is preferred.
  • • Familiarity with Lean or Six Sigma methodologies to support continuous improvement initiatives.

  • • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.
