What You'll Do - Support enterprise-wide compliance programs, strategic initiatives, and government funding activities across the organization.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to help ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, permits, contracts, and company policies and procedures.
- Monitor and track government funding opportunities and assist in preparing application materials and supporting documentation.
- Help manage grant compliance activities, including adherence to grant requirements and energy tax credit compliance obligations.
- Stay current on emerging compliance issues, regulatory developments, and industry trends to support continuous improvement of the company's compliance program.
- Collaborate closely with legal, risk management, accounting, finance, tax, and other business functions to support compliance and funding-related efforts.
- Manage detail-oriented work with a high degree of accuracy while balancing tight and shifting deadlines tied to government funding cycles.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend practical solutions to enhance compliance and operational effectiveness.
- Apply sound judgment, initiative, and creative problem-solving skills in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
- May provide guidance and support to less experienced team members.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships through effective communication, professionalism, and collaboration.
- Promote and support the company's overall culture of ethics, accountability, and compliance.
What You'll Bring - Bachelor's degree required.
- No prior experience required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and SharePoint.
- Valid driver's license.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage deadlines effectively.

The expected annual base compensation range for this position is $54,000 - $67,000. Compensation offered to the selected candidate will vary depending on relevant knowledge, skills, training, and experience. Additionally, this position qualifies for a comprehensive benefits package including:
