Job Description
EmPowered Kids Pediatric Therapy is currently hiring a full-time licensed Speech-Language Pathologist. If you are passionate about making a difference in the lives of children and are looking for a supportive environment to learn and grow, we would love to chat with you about joining our team!
*Job Responsibilities*
* Plan, organize, and conduct speech therapy sessions in our clinic or out in the community.
* Assess and evaluate a patient's ability and analyze medical data to develop a specialized plan of care for each patient.
* Collaboration with the EmPowered Kids team as well as other providers involved in the patient's care to ensure that the best possible outcomes are achieved.
* Build strong rapport with patients and families using good, open, and continued communication to assure that goals are being met and all areas of concern are being addressed.
*Qualifications*
Master's in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited University.
North Dakota Speech Therapy license required.
