ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS
The culture at Communication Network Engineering, Inc. is built on our shared core values – Professional, Relationship-Driven, Adaptable, Accountable, and Tenacious.
• Professional means the sum of integrity, honesty, and truth (candor). There is no amount of money nor personal gain that is ever worth betraying trust.
• Relationship-driven means we actively and authentically engage with others to build open, honest, and respectful relationships.
• Adaptable means we are strategic and embrace a growth mindset; but remain flexible and open to change on ways to improve and work more efficiently.
• Accountable means we always have both feet in – we see what needs to be done and do it without needing to be asked.
• Tenacious means we persevere and have a thirst for achieving excellence. We don’t believe in mediocrity.
These values differentiate how we successfully do what we do. We hire, separate, review, reward, and recognize our teammates based on these characteristics, so it’s important that you share these values to be part of our team.
