Position Summary

Assists the ADC Manager in the supervision and operation of all donation sites and related personnel in a safe and cost effective manner.

Essential Duties

(Other duties within the scope of this position may be assigned.)

1. Assists the ADC Manager in ensuring ADC personnel provide excellent customer service at all attended sites.

2. Acts as a liaison between: customers, donation site hosts, and the Transportation department.

3. Provides all site supplies and equipment needs.

4. Performs site audits for safe and efficient site operation.

5. Assists in supervising, training and developing all ADC personnel.

6. Monitors unattended sites and ensures they are kept up to GCCVA standards.

Supervisory Responsibilities

The associate in this position has supervisory responsibility for designated associates in their department.

Education/Experience/Certificates/Security Clearance

• High School Diploma or GED preferred. Will consider a combination of education and work experience.

• 1 year experience in a related field required.

• No professional certifications are required for this position.

• Valid state driver's license, insurance and satisfactory driving record are required.

• The associate in this position will be required to successfully pass a criminal background check.

• No computer skills are required.

• Previous ADC employment, preferred. • Supervisory experience in warehouse or production setting, preferred.

Safety Statement

This associate may have access to Confidential Information (CI) and is required to be familiar with the Goodwill Privacy policy 10.23 related to the handling of CI, and follow all related procedures required to protect the privacy and security of CI.

Physical Demands/Work Environment/Work Conditions

• The associate is required to lift 100 pounds maximum with frequent lifting and/or carrying objects up to 50 pounds.

• The associate works in an environment with frequent exposure to extreme atmospheric conditions (temperature, noise, fumes, dust, etc.).

• The associate must be available to work evenings and/or weekends as business needs dictate.
