What You'll Do
- Provide clinical guidance to nursing staff
- Support residents with skilled, attentive care
- Coordinate with families and care partners
- Maintain accurate documentation
- Foster a positive, resident‑centered atmosphere
What We're Looking For
- Current CA RN or LVN license
- Experience in skilled nursing a plus
- Strong leadership and communication abilities
- A commitment to quality care
