We are in search of Physical Therapists in our San Antonio and Harlingen Markets. We are growing and adding positions to our team!

The job duties for the position of *Licensed Physical Therapist *are listed below.

*Job Summary:*

The ideal candidate will provide high-quality, individualized physical therapy services to patients in the comfort of their homes. This role involves creating and implementing treatment plans aimed at improving mobility, alleviating pain, and enhancing the overall quality of life for our patients.

*Job Qualifications:*

Education: Masters or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.

Licensure and Credentials: Active state license as a Physical Therapist. Current CPR certification and valid driver’s license.

Environmental and Working Conditions: Works in a patients’/clients’ homes in various conditions; possible exposure to blood and bodily fluids and infectious diseases; ability to work a flexible schedule; ability to travel locally; some exposure to unpleasant weather.

Physical and Mental Effort: Ability to do heavy lifting, bending, pulling, pushing, and standing. Prolonged standing and walking required. Requires working under some stressful conditions to meet deadlines and patient/client needs and to meet patient/client and family individualized psychosocial needs. Requires hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.

*Essential Functions:*

· Evaluate patients’ physical conditions and develop customized care plans based on their needs, goals, and medical conditions.

· Deliver physical therapy treatments and interventions to help patients regain function, improve mobility, and manage pain.

· Educate patients and their caregivers on therapeutic exercises, safety techniques, and the use of assistive devices.

· Monitor and document patient progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans as needed.

· Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a coordinated approach to patient care.

· Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with regulatory and company standards.

· Ensure patient safety during all interactions and maintain professional boundaries in home settings.

· Supervision of the clinical activity of Paraprofessionals
