About the Role:
The Facility Lifeguard at The Harker School plays a crucial role in ensuring the safety and well-being of all individuals utilizing the aquatic facilities. This position requires constant vigilance and proactive monitoring of pool activities to prevent accidents and respond effectively to emergencies. The lifeguard will also be responsible for enforcing facility rules and regulations to promote a safe and enjoyable environment for all patrons. Additionally, the role involves conducting regular safety checks and maintaining cleanliness in and around the pool area. Ultimately, the Facility Lifeguard contributes to a positive experience for students, staff, and visitors by prioritizing safety and emergency preparedness.
