Physical Therapist - Skilled - (PT - Skilled)
StartDate: 7/6/2026 Available Shifts: 8 D Pay Rate: $2205.00 - $2273.00
This Physical Therapist opportunity is based in the Great Falls, Montana area, a welcoming community known for its balance of small-city convenience and access to incredible outdoor recreation. Typical diagnoses include orthopedic conditions, post-surgical rehabilitation, neurological impairments, balance disorders, cardiopulmonary deconditioning, and general debility. You will perform comprehensive evaluations, create individualized treatment plans, and deliver high-quality, evidence-based interventions designed to improve mobility, reduce fall risk, and enhance overall quality of life.A typical day includes completing initial evaluations, progress assessments, and discharge planning; providing one-on-one therapeutic interventions; collaborating with an interdisciplinary team; and educating patients, families, and caregivers on home exercise programs and safe mobility strategies. You can expect to work closely with nursing, occupational therapy, speech therapy, and case management to develop coordinated care plans and ensure smooth transitions across levels of care. Patient caseloads are structured to allow for meaningful time with each patient and thorough documentation, while still maintaining a steady workflow.The schedule follows a consistent 5x8 structure, offering stable daytime hours with some weekend coverage required based on census and patient needs. This schedule allows for predictable routines during the week and opportunities to take advantage of Great Falls outdoor and community offerings during your time off.
