Position Overview
- Role: Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)
- Schedule: Full-Time (Flexible Scheduling Options Available)
- Compensation: $45.00-$50.00+ per hour (based on experience)
- Program: Stable, in-house therapy program (not a contract agency)

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver patient treatment as directed by the Physical Therapist in accordance with physician orders.
- Accurately complete daily treatment notes and weekly progress documentation per PT Board standards and facility guidelines.
- Participate in interdisciplinary care planning, rehab conferences, and team communication.
- Assist in training Restorative Aides in collaboration with the nursing team to promote continuous patient mobility.
- Educate residents, families, and caregivers on maintenance programs and safe discharge planning.
- Maintain professional relationships and ensure all rehab equipment remains in excellent working condition.

Qualifications
- Active California Physical Therapist Assistant license
