Were seeking a motivated Water and Sewer Laborer with experience working construction to support pipeline construction projects throughout the region in Denver, NC. This is a hands-on role where youll learn from experienced operators and pipelayers while contributing to meaningful infrastructure work every day.

We are currently offering a limited-time sign-on bonus of $4,000 for new hires with a valid CDL license, and sign-on bonuses for new hires without a current CDL license are also available at a reduced amount. New employees who meet the criteria outlined in our sign-on bonus program will be eligible for the full payout.

The starting hourly rate is $17.00-$24.00 per hour depending on experience.

What Youll Do

  • Support pipe layers by efficiently staging tools, pipe, and materials to ensure the crew can complete installations safely and without delays.
  • Perform trench cleanup, sweeping, debris removal, and general site organization to maintain a clean, safe, and productive work environment.
  • Assist equipment operators with various tasks, including the use of hand tools, setting up the jobsite each morning, and preparing areas for daily operations.
  • Maintain neat, well-organized tool bodies, trailers, and equipment to ensure materials are readily available and downtime is minimized.
  • Take initiative to learn essential trade skills, techniques, and safety practices with the goal of advancing toward a qualified pipelayer position over time.

What We Need

  • Minimum 4 years of construction experience preferred.
  • Strong work ethic, integrity, and eagerness to learn.
  • Capability to adhere to instructions and actively contribute to the team.
  • Commitment to jobsite safety and quality work.
  • Ability to travel weekly throughout North and South Carolina.
