Job Description
*Clinic Director - Outpatient Ortho: Aurora, CO*
* *Flexible schedule: *4x10, 8x5 to accommodate your work-life balance
* *Bonus income: * up to $10,000 per year paid quarterly with only 1 metric for attainable patient visit goals
* *Opportunity to build and lead a team of therapists and therapist assistants to deliver exceptional patient care*
* *Patient-focused care:* 60 minute evaluations and 30 minute 1:1 scheduling with no double booking
* *Customized career development plans:* guaranteed yearly con-ed stipend + yearly additional funding available by application (for certifications, residencies, fellowships, etc.)
*Ideal Candidate:*
We are currently seeking an experienced Physical Therapist with at least three years of experience to join our Aurora team as Clinic Director!
The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical expertise and a desire to continue growing professionally while supporting our patients, our clinic's success, and the development of junior clinicians and PT students. Experience in dry needling, vestibular training, or pelvic health is a significant plus.
This position will carry certain clinician development, marketing and HR responsibilities in addition to patient care.

*Compensation and Benefits: *
* Salary Range of $95,000-$105,000 based on experience
* Bonus structure with up to $10,000 in additional annual income
