CNA Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate, personalized care while observing and reporting residents' conditions and needs
• Respond promptly to call lights and resident requests in a courteous and professional manner
• Assist nursing staff with admissions, transfers, and discharges
• Support residents during meal service to promote nutrition and comfort
• Communicate important updates and observations to the clinical team to help ensure resident safety and quality care
• Assist residents with activities of daily living according to individualized care plans

Qualifications
