Responsibilities:- Provide quality nursing care to residents
- Administer medications and treatments
- Monitor and document resident conditions
- Work closely with nurses, physicians, and care staff

Qualifications:- Current Ohio LPN License
- Long-term care experience preferred, but not required
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
