Position Summary
We’re looking for a visionary, driven, and self-directed Chief Growth Officer (CGO) to architect and execute Tribal Health’s strategic growth plan. This role is not for passive operators—it’s for a builder who thrives on creating opportunities, not waiting for them. You’ll drive expansion across our core business in federal and tribal healthcare facilities, while leading the charge into new state and private-sector verticals.
This is a key executive role reporting directly to the CEO, with direct oversight of our Business Development and Account Management teams. The CGO will be responsible for shaping market strategy, building scalable client acquisition models, and ensuring consistent, high-impact revenue growth.

Work Environment
Physical demands: | The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the primary functions of this job. There may be prolonged periods of sitting, keyboarding, reading, as well as driving or riding in transport vehicles. Specific vision abilities required by this job include reading, distance, computer, and color vision. Talking and hearing are essential to communicate with clients, vendors and staff. Overnight travel may be required from time to time. |
