As a Senior Operational Excellence Analyst here at Honeywell, you will play a pivotal role in driving and owning the SIOP and Operations Excellence processes to drive continuous improvement and consistent business performance, while also developing new and improved applications to improve automation and business process transformation through cross-functional resources.
We are looking for an Analysist to execute our SIOP/Operational Excellence processes within the AERO-Plymouth site. This leader will own performance improvement within the value stream via improved process, inter-function coordination, IT applications and productivity tools, improving efficiency and customer experience.
The SIOP/OpEx Leader will work with the Operations Leaders and other Tier 4 team members to understand Annual Operating Plan strategy and priorities for improvement and then efficiently execute improvements, managing necessary resources toward successful implementations based on the strategy. Supported by the Tier 4 teams, the SIOP/OpEx Leader will monitor their success through well-defined metrics and Targets to Improve, and report key progress and successes monthly.
This leader will own the SIOP processes for the Plymouth facility, working with a cross-functional team to develop the information monthly and report to the Operating Center with critical information. The role also owns and supports Inventory performance metrics and forecasting, daily revenue reporting and the SQP revenue forecasting process.
Project work will focus on report automation using internal Honeywell tools, such as Tableau, for themselves and the support teams at the site, i.e. Planning, ISC Engineering, Operations, etc.
You will report directly to our leadership team and you’ll work out of our Plymouth, MN location on an on-site work schedule.
Responsibilities - Lead and drive operational excellence initiatives across the organization
- Manage the SIOP process.
- Lead the Inventory Management in support of Planning and Production
- Manage the OPEX revenue process
- Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness
- Identify and eliminate barriers to execution
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements
- Provide guidance and support to site leaders to ensure operational excellence
Qualifications YOU MUST HAVE
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in operational excellence or related field
- Proven track record of driving process improvements and achieving results
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide teams and influence change

The annual base salary range for this position is $89,600 - $111,800. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline.
