Your Role & Impact

As a PTA at Shadelands, you are a vital link in the chain of recovery. Your daily contributions will include:

• Direct Care: Delivering high-quality therapeutic treatments under the direction of a Physical Therapist to restore resident mobility.
• Clinical Accuracy: Maintaining precise daily notes and weekly progress reports in accordance with PT Board standards.
• Interdisciplinary Teamwork: Partnering with supervisors and medical staff to navigate clinical challenges and refine care plans.
• Education: Empowering families and Restorative Aides with the training needed for safe discharges and long-term success.
