RN/LPN– 3rd Shift | Excellent Ratios | Paid Weekly

Ossian Care Center is a *46-bed nonprofit skilled nursing facility* offering *excellent staff-to-resident ratios* and a supportive, team-oriented environment. We’re looking for an RN who wants a manageable assignment, consistent support, and leadership that understands the floor.

*Schedule Options*

* *3rd Shift: *10p-6a
* *Every other weekend*
* No mandatory overtime

*RN Responsibilities and Qualifications*

* Medication administration and treatments
* Resident assessments and documentation
* Coordination with CNAs and CMAs
* Communication with physicians and families
* Ensuring quality, compassionate resident care
* Active *RN license* (Iowa)
* Long-term care experience preferred (not required)
* Team-focused and resident-centered
