Job Description
*Job Summary*
We are seeking a dynamic and organized Warehouse & Showroom Coordinator to oversee daily operations within our warehouse and showroom environment. This role is customer-facing and vital in ensuring seamless customer satisfaction, efficient order fulfillment, and smooth logistics processes. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and possess a strong background in customer service, inventory management, and warehouse supervision. *Duties*
* Coordinate warehouse activities, including shipping, receiving, inventory control, and order fulfillment, to ensure timely delivery and accuracy.
* Manage showroom operations by overseeing product displays, customer interactions, and sales support activities.
* Answering light phone calls
* Errands related to warehouse & showroom as needed- supply procurements, sample drop offs etc.
* Implement process improvements using lean methodologies and continuous improvement strategies to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
* Monitor budget adherence related to warehousing, shipping costs, and procurement activities.
* Ensure compliance with safety standards such as forklift operation certifications and proper handling of freight shipments.
* Conduct regular audits of inventory levels using supply chain analytics tools to maintain accurate stock levels across all locations
Qualifications
* Proven experience in customer service and warehouse management
* Strong knowledge of supply chain management principles, including inventory control, demand planning, production planning, and logistics coordination.
* Hands-on experience with freight shipping & receiving processes, warehouse distribution, procurement, purchasing, and fleet management.
* Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in process documentation and compliance standards.
* Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities while maintaining high standards of safety and quality.
* Strong communication skills for coordinating with vendors, internal teams, and customers.
* Physical capability to perform warehouse tasks including forklift operation certification is preferred but not mandatory.
