Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active Florida physical therapy license required to start the assignment.
• BLS Certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience in outpatient orthopedic or outpatient general physical therapy preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to perform 60-minute evaluations and combined eval/treatment sessions.
• Ability to document timely and accurately in electronic medical records, including goal writing and letters of medical necessity.
• Adherence to state practice act, professional codes of conduct, and completion of required continuing education.
• New graduates considered. Previous experience supervising students or providing clinical education is preferred.
