ABOUT THE ROLE

The Analyst is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining business intelligence solutions using Microsoft Power BI. This role transforms complex data into meaningful insights to support data-driven decision-making across the organization that support financial and operational planning, forecasting, reporting, and executive decision making. The analyst partners closely with cross functional business partners in Network Operations and Finance to build reliable, scalable, and visually compelling dashboards and reports.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
  • Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards, reports, and data models
  • Translate business and financial requirements into effective BI solutions
  • Integrate data from ERP / general ledger, and operational systems
  • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and performance of data models and visualizations
  • Collaborate with finance and operational teams to define KPIs, metrics, and reporting standards
  • Automate recurring reports and improve reporting efficiency to reduce manual Excel based processes
  • Perform data validation, reconciliation, and quality checks
  • Document dashboard logic, data sources, and report definitions
  • Provide end-user support and training to users on Power BI dashboards and self-service reporting
  • Support ad-hoc analysis and executive reporting requests


WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED

Education / Certifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or related field
Skills and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience working with Power BI in a business or analytics environment
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
  • Experience working with financial, operational, or performance data
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Ability to present complex insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders
  • Data visualization and storytelling
  • Business acumen and stakeholder collaboration
  • Attention to detail and data accuracy
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Continuous improvement mindset
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with ERP systems
  • Background in operational, finance, FP&A, or accounting reporting


Where you will work

This role falls into our hybrid work model, which is 2-days work from home (Friday and Monday) and 3-days in the office (Tuesday through Thursday) to optimize collaboration, relationship building and key stakeholder engagement and may require some travel as needed.

Compensation

The pay range offered for this position is $90300 - $124200 Annually. A candidate's offer is determined by various factors including but not limited to, depth of experience, role-related knowledge and skills, relevant education or training, internal alignment, and work location. Depending on the position offered, the compensation package may also include incentive compensation opportunities in the form of a discretionary annual cash bonus or commissions, and equity incentives
