Location: Hagerstown, MD
Pay Range: $40,000 - 67,000, depending on experience
What You'll Do - Process customer orders and changes in manufacturing/fulfillment systems accurately and on time.
- Monitor production timelines and coordinate updates to customers.
- Assemble billing documentation and maintain accurate job logs.
- Track due dates and schedule adherence for files and customer components.
- Communicate with internal teams and external customers professionally and effectively.
- Collaborate with peers and leadership to ensure high-quality outcomes.
- May perform additional duties, as assigned
What You Bring - Associate degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- 0-2 years of customer service, administrative, or production coordination experience.
- Basic knowledge of business software and communication tools.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to learn and apply procedures in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude, professionalism, and teamwork orientation.
