| Job Summary | The Patient Correspondence Representative is responsible for independently reviewing, processing, and responding to patient correspondence received through multiple intake channels to ensure timely, accurate, and compliant communication. This role transcribes referrals from various intake mechanisms, serves as an inbound Health Connections operator, and documents correspondence, referral, and call-related activity within patient account records. The position collaborates with revenue cycle, referral management, and patient service teams to resolve routine and moderately complex inquiries while maintaining strict adherence to HIPAA, organizational policies, and customer service standards.
