As an Inspector Level 3 here at Honeywell, you will play a vital role in ensuring the quality and compliance of products within the Integrated Supply Chain for Honeywell Aerospace. You will be responsible for conducting detailed inspections, verifying adherence to specifications, and supporting continuous improvement in quality processes.
You will report directly to our Quality Assurance Supervisor and you’ll work out of our Lansdale, PA location on an On-site work schedule.
In this role, you will impact product quality, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction by ensuring that all materials and products meet Honeywell’s stringent aerospace standards and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - Perform detailed inspections and tests on incoming materials, in-process components, and finished products to ensure compliance with specifications and quality standards.
- Document inspection results and maintain accurate records to support traceability and quality assurance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including procurement, production, and quality assurance to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying areas for process enhancement and contributing to root cause analysis.
- Ensure compliance with aerospace industry regulations and Honeywell’s quality management systems.
Qualifications YOU MUST HAVE - At least six (6) years of experience in inspection or quality assurance within aerospace or a related manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of aerospace quality standards, inspection techniques, and regulatory requirements.
- Proficiency with inspection tools and equipment such as calipers, micrometers, CMM, and non-destructive testing methods.
- Experience with quality management systems and documentation practices.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and engineering documents accurately.
WE VALUE - Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience in aerospace supply chain or manufacturing environments.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and support cross-functional initiatives.
