Your Role & Responsibilities
- Personalized Care: Deliver high-quality, compassionate care tailored to our residents' needs.
- Clinical Observation: Monitor resident status and provide clear, timely updates to supervisors.
- Responsiveness: Respond promptly to call lights with a helpful and positive attitude.
- Coordination: Assist with the smooth transition of admissions, transfers, and discharges.
- Daily Support: Support mealtime logistics and maintain an efficient department flow.
Qualifications
- Licensure: Must hold a current, valid California CNA License.
- Advocacy: A genuine passion for patient advocacy and improving the quality of life for our residents.
- Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, rehab-focused environment.
