Job Description
Our busy, two doctor office is looking for an exceptional RDH (Registered Dental Hygienist) to add to our well trained team. We work in a beautiful, recently renovated office with all new equipment and top of the line instruments. We are open to hiring the right person for a part-time position for either two or three days per week. We are looking for candidates with experience in dental hygiene, great clinical skills, the ability to recognize and explain needed dental procedures, and the capability to work effectively as a team member. Excellent candidates would possess good time management skills, proficient computer and technology skills, and be an effective communicator with patients, doctors, and other team members.
Our perfect candidate would be able to administer local anesthetic and nitrous oxide, place sealants, properly diagnose and treat periodontal disease, make detailed and comprehensive clinical notes, and take excellent diagnostic digital x-rays. We would like the candidate to be experienced in discussing necessary treatment, including but not limited to: fillings, crown and bridge, bracket and wire ortho as well as Invisalign, sleep apnea, whitening with trays and Zoom, as well as endodontic and implant procedures. Experience working with Eaglesoft and iTero scanners is a plus, but not required. Laser certification would be excellent too!
