Sr Finance Analyst

Job Description

As a Sr Finance Analyst here at Honeywell, you will play a critical role in providing advanced financial analysis and insights to support strategic decision-making and drive business performance. You will be responsible for complex financial modeling, forecasting, and partnering with business leaders to optimize financial outcomes.

You will report directly to our Sr Finance Manager and you’ll work out of our Woburn, MA or Lansdale, PA location.

In this role, you will impact the company’s financial planning and analysis processes by delivering high-quality financial insights that influence key business strategies and contribute to sustainable growth.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Lead detailed financial analysis, modeling, and forecasting to support business initiatives.
  • Identify trends, risks, and opportunities through variance analysis and financial reporting.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial plans with strategic objectives.
  • Support budgeting processes and provide recommendations to improve financial performance.
  • Mentor junior finance analysts and contribute to process improvements.
  • Travel less than 10%

  • Monitoring and forecasting financial performance, identifying trends and potential risks
  • Collaborating with crossfunctional teams to develop and implement financial strategies
  • Assisting in budgeting and forecasting processes
  • Conducting financial analysis and providing recommendations for cost savings and process improvements


Qualifications
YOU MUST HAVE
  • 3 or more years’ experience in advanced financial analysis, forecasting, and budgeting.
  • Strong expertise in financial modeling and use of Excel and financial software tools.
  • Ability to analyze complex financial data and provide actionable insights.
  • Experience working collaboratively with business partners and managing multiple priorities.


WE VALUE
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • Experience in corporate finance or related industry.
  • Knowledge of PowerBI
  • Knowledge of ERP systems and financial reporting tools.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to communicate financial information clearly.

The salary range for this position is $90,000 - $105,000. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate’s work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.
