IBHS Clinical Coordinator (BCBA)

Job Description

You will guide and support a multidisciplinary team, ensure compliance with best‑practice standards, and help drive positive outcomes for clients and families.
This is a great opportunity for a BCBA who enjoys balancing hands‑on clinical work with program leadership and mentorship.

What You'll Do
  • Lead the day‑to‑day operations of assigned clinical/treatment programs
  • Provide regular individual and group supervision to program staff
  • Ensure services align with recovery‑oriented, trauma‑informed, and culturally competent principles
  • Deliver direct services to clients as needed
  • Monitor program outcomes, collect data, and assess service effectiveness
  • Maintain full compliance with licensing, contractual, and agency standards
  • Support performance improvement initiatives and program development
  • Serve as a resource for staff during emergencies (24/7 on‑call support as needed)
  • Collaborate with families, community partners, and external agencies
  • Participate in interagency meetings and represent Chimes professionally
  • Assist with budgeting, billing oversight, payroll verification, and utilization tracking
  • Support staff development through training, evaluations, and professional growth plans
  • Help expand and develop new or enhanced services as program needs evolve

What We're Looking ForRequired:
  • Master's degree in a clinical behavioral health discipline
  • Minimum of 3 years post‑graduate experience in the behavioral health field
  • At least 1 year of supervisory experience
  • IBHS program experience
  • Active BCBA license
  • Valid, non‑provisional driver's license
  • Ability to obtain required PA clearances
