Overview
The Principal Business Intelligence Analyst is responsible for leading end to end delivery on multiple Business Intelligence projects on time and of high quality. Depending on the skills and career goals of the analyst, their personal expertise may be either in business consulting and visualization, or technical data design and analysis, or both. The Principal Business Intelligence Analyst is a quantitative analytics professional who specializes in delivering actionable insights and analytics to business users, leveraging an enterprise analytics framework, infrastructure, and operating model.Located in Boston and the surrounding communities, Dana-Farber Cancer Institute is a leader in life changing breakthroughs in cancer research and patient care. MINIMUM JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum Education:
Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field required.
Minimum Experience:
5 years of relevant experience, with at least 3 years in healthcare. Tableau and Clarity Data model experience preferred.
License/Certification/Registration:
Tableau certification required within 6 months of hire.

May have 1 to 3 direct reports. Project leader with matrixed supervision of others.

Pay Transparency Statement
The hiring range is based on market pay structures, with individual salaries determined by factors such as business needs, market conditions, internal equity, and based on the candidate’s relevant experience, skills and qualifications.
For union positions, the pay range is determined by the Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA).
