What You'll Do:- Provide hands-on physical therapy treatments under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist
- Help residents improve mobility, strength, and independence
- Build meaningful connections with residents and cheer them on through milestones
- Accurately document treatments and progress
- Collaborate with nursing and interdisciplinary teams to deliver top-notch care
What We're Looking For:- Licensed Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) in the state of Ohio
- A team player with a positive attitude and strong communication skills
- Someone who brings energy, compassion, and a little bit of fun to their work
- Long-term care experience is a plus—but not required
