What You'll Do: - Evaluate and treat patients to improve functional independence
- Develop and implement individualized care plans

- Educate patients and families on treatment plans and progress
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
What We're Looking For: - Current California Occupational Therapist license
- Strong clinical and communication skills
- A team player with a positive, compassionate approach
- Experience in a skilled nursing or post-acute setting preferred
