Job DescriptionAs a Finance Manager here at Honeywell, you will play a key role in managing financial planning, analysis, and reporting activities to support business objectives and drive financial performance.
You will report directly to our Sr. Director, Finance and you'll work out of our Atlanta, GA location on a Hybrid work schedule.
In this role, you will impact the financial health and strategic decision-making of the organization by providing accurate financial insights, ensuring compliance with policies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize financial operations.
ResponsibilitiesKEY RESPONSIBILITIES- Manage P&L reporting, analysis, forecasting, and planning processes for BA Americas to ensure accuracy and timeliness - gather and consolidate inputs, analyze results / forecasts / performance metrics, provide insights and commentary, prepare executive presentations, coordinate submissions and system loads
- Weekly Pulse / Short Range Outlook (SRO) process
- Daily Close updates during month-end closing cycle
- Monthly Business Reviews
- Annual and Strategic Planning cycles
- Collaborate closely with GBE finance teams, BA finance, ISC finance, Controllership, and Americas finance leadership to understand and communicate results, forecasts, trends, key drivers, and risks and opportunities for BA Americas
- Analyze financial data and performance metrics and provide actionable insights to support business strategies and decision-making.
- Foster a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement - identify and implement opportunities to simplify, standardize, automate, and/or optimize BAP activities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
- Lead and mentor less-experienced finance professionals on the team

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Advanced proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in ERP systems and financial consolidation tools to support accurate financial management
