Job Description
*Overview*
We are seeking a professional and courteous Limousine Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service while ensuring the safety and comfort of our passengers. As a Limousine Driver, you will be responsible for transporting clients to various destinations in a timely and efficient manner, maintaining the vehicle in excellent condition, and delivering an outstanding hospitality experience.
*Responsibilities*
* Safely operate limousines and other luxury vehicles for clients, adhering to all traffic laws and regulations.
* Provide excellent customer service by greeting passengers warmly and assisting with luggage or special requests.
* Plan and follow the most efficient routes to ensure timely arrivals at destinations.
* Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of the vehicle, performing regular inspections and basic maintenance as needed.
* Communicate effectively with clients regarding pick-up times, locations, and any changes in schedule.
* Handle any issues or concerns that may arise during transportation with professionalism and courtesy.
* Keep accurate records of trips, including mileage, fuel consumption, and maintenance activities.
*Requirements*
* Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; commercial driving experience is preferred.
* Previous experience as a limousine driver or in related roles such as school bus driving, van driving, delivery driving, or shuttle driving is a plus.
* Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance to ensure optimal performance of the limousine.
* Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on hospitality and customer satisfaction.
* Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as required by client needs.
* A professional appearance and demeanor at all times while representing the company.
