Technician (Electronics testing, tuning and troubleshooting) Level 2 - M-F (swing shift)

Job Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Perform detailed testing and validation of aerospace systems and components according to established procedures.
  • Document test results accurately and report any discrepancies or issues to engineering teams.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical problems.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards throughout the testing process.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance testing efficiency and effectiveness.

PAY TRANSPARENCY

The hourly salary range for this position is $28.19/hr. to $35.22/hr. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. U.S. PERSON REQUIREMENTS

Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. Person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status.

YOU MUST HAVE
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in aerospace or related technical testing roles.
  • Strong knowledge of test equipment, instrumentation, and aerospace system components.
  • Proficiency in interpreting technical drawings, schematics, and test procedures to ensure accurate execution.
  • Experience with data acquisition systems and ability to analyze test data to identify anomalies or failures.
  • Familiarity with safety regulations and quality standards applicable to aerospace testing environments.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain Security Clearance
  • This position requires access to technology, materials, software or hardware that is controlled by either ITAR or EAR U.S. export laws. As a condition to this job offer, in order to be employed in this position, you must be able to obtain an U.S. Government export license(s), as required by law.

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering Technology, Aerospace, or related field.
  • Experience with automated test systems and software tools used in aerospace testing.
  • Knowledge of industry standards such as AS9100 and FAA regulations.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail to ensure high-quality test outcomes.
