Western Slope Health Center is looking for a dedicated and caring
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our amazing team! This is your chance to be part of a supportive environment where teamwork, respect, and professional growth are valued every day.
What You'll Do:- Provide daily nursing care and assistance with activities of daily living in line with residents' care plans.
- Help residents with mobility, hygiene, meals, and comfort needs while maintaining their dignity and independence.
- Take and record vital signs, weights, and intake/output as directed.
- Report any changes in resident condition promptly to the Charge Nurse.
- Create a warm and positive environment that promotes resident well-being and satisfaction.
- Assist with transfers, admissions, discharges, and restorative activities.
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure confidentiality of resident information.
- Communicate effectively and work collaboratively with other nursing and support staff.
Qualifications:- Active California CNA certification in good standing.
- Genuine compassion for seniors and a team-oriented attitude.
- Strong attention to detail, dependability, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-based environment.
