Our thriving general dental practice in *Columbia, MO* is seeking a *skilled and confident RDA* to join our growing team. This position is ideal for a professional who is passionate about patient education, excels in four-handed dentistry, and knows how to build trust quickly with both patients and teammates.

We are seeking a Dental Assistant who has:
* *Active Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) status*
* *Minimum of 2 years of hands-on dental assisting experience*
* Strong proficiency in *four-handed dentistry*
* Excellent chairside and clinical skills
* The ability to clearly explain treatment and procedures to patients
* A patient-focused mindset with outstanding communication skills
* Confidence, professionalism, and the ability to build trust quickly
* A team-oriented attitude and positive work ethic

*Your Role*
As a key member of our clinical team, you will:
* Assist doctors efficiently during procedures
* Prepare and maintain treatment rooms
* Educate patients on recommended treatment
* Help patients feel comfortable and confident in their care
* Support smooth daily operations
* Contribute to a positive, high-performing team culture
*Schedule*
* Monday–Thursday: 7:45 AM – 5:00 PM
* Some Fridays: 7:45 AM – 1:00 PM
