Job Description
*Job Summary*
Join our dynamic healthcare team at Pintler Health & Rehab as a dedicated Physical Therapist, where your expertise will transform patient recovery and enhance quality of life. In this vital role, you will assess, plan, and implement personalized treatment programs to improve patients' mobility, relieve pain, and increase physical fitness. The position requires collaboration with healthcare professionals and maintaining detailed patient records in compliance with state regulations and FLSA standards. *Duties*
* Assess patients’ physical abilities through evaluations and develop treatment plans.
* Implement physical therapy interventions including exercises, manual therapy, and equipment-based activities.
* Monitor and document patients’ progress and modify treatment plans as necessary.
* Educate patients and families on treatment plans, exercises, and preventative care.
* Maintain accurate and timely documentation according to state and federal regulations.
* Collaborate with healthcare team members to optimize patient care.
* Ensure compliance with Montana state regulations and adhere to HIPAA guidelines.
* Participate in continuous professional development and training.
*Qualifications*
* Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.
* Valid licensure as a licensed Physical Therapist in Montana (or eligibility for licensure).
* Current CPR certification.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
* Knowledge of FLSA exempt status guidelines for healthcare professionals.
*Physical Requirements*
* Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
* Frequent standing, bending, reaching, and manual dexterity.
* Ability to assist patients with mobility and various exercises.
