What You'll Do- Safely prepare, administer, and document oral and topical medications
- Verify resident identity and observe medication ingestion/application
- Accurately record vital signs and report medication reactions or errors promptly
- Maintain clear, timely documentation and medication records
- Communicate effectively with nurses, physicians, pharmacists, and team members
- Support quality assurance efforts and participate in inspections and audits
- Follow all medication labeling, storage, discontinuation, and disposal procedures
- Protect resident confidentiality and comply with HIPAA standards
What We're Looking For- Experience as a medication aide in assisted living
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
- Professional, friendly, and dependable attitude
Physical & Work Environment- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs occasionally
- Regular standing, walking, sitting, and use of office equipment
- Calm, low-to-moderate noise environment
