Our private practice is the right fit for a growth minded, detail oriented, and enthusiastic dental hygienist desiring to take their career to another level!*
*We are currently seeking a full or part time dental hygienist (Monday-Thursday) to help our patients achieve and maintain optimal oral health.*

*Responsibilities:*
* Perform thorough dental cleanings, scaling, and root planing as required.
* Conduct oral health assessments and assist in creating treatment plans for patients.
* Administer local anesthesia and nitrous oxide to ensure patient comfort during procedures.
* Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and provide personalized recommendations.
* Take and dental X-rays(digital) and intra-oral photographs as necessary.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with regulations.
* Collaborate closely with dentists and other team members to ensure comprehensive patient care.
* Follow infection control and safety protocols to uphold the highest standards of hygiene.
* Stay up to date on industry trends and advancements in dental hygiene techniques.
*Qualifications:*
* Valid/current state license as a Registered Dental Hygienist in Wisconsin.
* Graduation from an accredited dental hygiene program.
* Strong knowledge of oral health practices, procedures, and terminology.
* Proficiency in administering local anesthesia and nitrous oxide.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to educate and connect with patients.
* Attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate records.
* Commitment to following infection control and safety protocols.
* Ability to work effectively within a team and collaborate with other dental professionals.
* Flexibility to work part-time with the potential for full-time hours.
*Compensation:*
* Competitive hourly salary ranging from $38.00 to $40.00 per hour, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
