Requirements of the Physical Therapist (PT)
* Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
* Current license as a Registered Physical Therapist in the State of Florida
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Current CPR certification
* Must be able to pass a comprehensive background check and drug screening
Responsibilities of the Physical Therapist (PT)
* Improves the QOL of each patient with functional, attainable goals
* Work with the patient and family to ensure a safe transition from inpatient care to their home
* Actively work with members of multifaceted care team
* Directs and supervises personnel as required.
* Collects a valid history relative to the care of the patient
* Performs skilled care under the scope of practice
* Consults with physicians regarding change in treatment.
* Assists physician with evaluating, strength, gait and level of function.
* Completes and submits OASIS assessments, evaluations, reassessments, transfers, resumptions of care, discharges and significant change in condition in accordance with defined time frames.
Competitive Compensation
PT: $90,000.00-$120,000.00 Range for full time Physical Therapist Position (PRN positions also available)

Pay: $90,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
