Sr Finance Manager

Job Description

As a Senior Finance Manager here at Honeywell, you will hold a key leadership position, responsible for providing strategic direction and guidance to the commercial finance function and Compressor Control Corporation (CCC) leadership team. Your role will involve developing and executing financial strategies to drive business growth and profitability for CCC.

CCC is leading provider of Turbomachinery Control and Optimization with 40+ years of experience and approximately $200M in Revenue. It provides full spectrum of turbo machinery solutions ranging from field proven control applications, purpose-built hardware, best in class software and global field services to support customers globally.

You will report directly to the PASCFO and you'll work out of our Houston, Texas location on a Hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will impact our organization by aligning financial goals with overall business objectives, leading and mentoring a team of commercial finance professionals, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations and company policies.

Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide strategic leadership and direction to the commercial finance function and CCC team.
• Develop and execute financial strategies to drive business growth and profitability.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to align financial goals with overall business objectives.
• Lead and oversee the finance function for CCC, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Ensure strong financial controls are in place and operating effectively.

Qualifications

YOU MUST HAVE

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in commercial finance or related roles with exposure to Project Accounting.
• Proven track record of driving financial performance and achieving business objectives.
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent knowledge of financial principles and practices.
• Proficiency in financial analysis software and MS Office.
