Burned out by rigid, locked-down facilities that leave little room for real life change?
What if your clinical work helped a young man rebuild trust in himself—
not just stabilize, but _step into independence_?
At Forte Strong, therapy doesn’t stop at insight. It translates into action, confidence, and purpose.
*About Forte Strong*

* Collaborate with life coaches, mentors, and staff to align therapeutic goals with real-world skill building (employment readiness, communication, independence)
* Contribute to program development, helping refine our therapeutic approach and enhance outcomes
* Maintain accurate, confidential documentation and provide thoughtful progress updates
